Womenâs health is a vast area and encompasses issues that have been present since the first transformations of our body with menstruation until menopause
I believe the pelvic area is a highly complex structure, closely connected to the nervous system and deeply intertwined with a woman’s history, beliefs, culture, and lived experiences. It is also directly influenced by hormonal changes and major life stages, including menstruation, childbirth, and menopause. Because of this complexity, pelvic issues are often multifactorial, and each woman’s experience is unique.
My approach is holistic and evidence-informed, combining physiotherapy with gentle hands-on techniques inspired by osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, and visceral mobilisation. I place strong emphasis on education, movement, breathing, and lifestyle guidance, empowering women to better understand their bodies and actively participate in their recovery and long-term wellbeing.
