Holistic Women’s Health Physiotherapist supporting women of all ages through pelvic health, pregnancy, post-partum recovery, and menopause. I offer gentle, hands-on physiotherapy with an integrative approach inspired by osteopathy, combined with education and lifestyle guidance to help women feel strong, confident, supported, and empowered at every stage of life.

I am a women’s health physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, supporting women of all ages through pelvic health, pregnancy, post-partum recovery, and menopause. I take a holistic and individualised approach, combining physiotherapy with gentle hands-on techniques inspired by osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, and visceral mobilisation.

I completed my initial physiotherapy training in France and began working in private practice in 2002. Early in my career, I undertook extensive osteopathic-based training, which continues to influence my calm, whole-body approach to treatment. Over time, my work naturally evolved toward women’s health, particularly pelvic floor function, posture, breathing, and movement.

As a mother of three, I have a deep personal understanding of the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy and the post-partum period. I also worked as a birth attendant for several years, which enriched my experience in antenatal education and hands-on support for both women and their birth partners. I enjoy designing antenatal sessions that combine education, practical techniques, and gentle preparation for birth.

Since moving to Australia, I have continued to expand my professional training in women’s pelvic health physiotherapy and osteopathy-informed care. In recent years, I have developed a particular interest in supporting women through peri-menopause and post-menopause, helping them navigate physical changes with confidence, strength, and understanding.

Education is a central part of my practice. I believe that when women understand their bodies, they feel more empowered to participate in their recovery and long-term wellbeing. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where women feel heard, respected, and guided toward sustainable health outcomes.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy outdoor exercise, travelling with my family, and maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle.
