Suffering from chronic pain can be devastating and overwhelming as its rarely a clear pattern. Some days youll feel good, some days you are in pain and feel like you cant achieve anything.
Your body is no longer orchestrated properly by the brain and some muscles start to be overactive while others dont activate anymore. The nervous system (wires that bring information from parts of your body to the brain) gets all mixed up and creates pain for no reason.
My approach is to educate you about what chronic pain is and finding ways to settle down your nervous system using relaxation, deep breathing and postures. I also use Manual therapy adapted to the way your body is reflecting the dysfunction, advice on gentle activities to start with. I believe movement and oxygen circulation are vital fuel for every cell in our body.
